Quick BKF File Recovery

STEP 1

Go to Start Menu » Programs » SysTools BKF Repair. You will see the main screen of software as shown in below image:

STEP 2

Now click on Open button from top left corner in software window. Now, Browse BKF file or select the partition that contains the BKF files you want to repair.

Searching for bkf files in the partition that was selected by you.

STEP 3

Now, Go for Scanning of the Backup File. Now, select any option to Scan BKF file:

Quick Scan: It scan corrupt BKF file in first phase for quickly recovering backup data from BKF file.
Advance (Deep) Scan : It also scan corrupt BKF file but it goes through two phase of scanning for better rate of data recovery.
Range Based Scan: This option can be used for scanning a specific range of BKF data.

Note: Try to Go with Deep Scan option if you think that BKF file might be severely corrupted.

Then, Hit Scan button for scanning and recovery.

STEP 4

Now, you will see all the BKF file data, as you can see in the below image.

Click Filter button and software will list all categories (Photos, Audios, Videos, Emails, Databases, Documents, Archives, Executable, Disk Image, Deleted Items).

Now preview the file properties in the utility panel.

After that preview the image in the application panel.

Also preview the hex value in the bkf recovery software panel.

Extract Single File from BKF file - You can also select any single or multiple file for exporting from BKF file.

STEP 7

Two different Modes of Extraction of BKF files are available. Browse destination location and then hit Extract button for backup.

After the completion of the extraction process, you will see a message as shown in the below image. In the message you will also see the patch of extraction.

The software will show the path of the extracted files with relevant information and check all of the extracted data.

Click on the Export button.

Now, choose Export to CSV option, then select the destination path.

STEP 3

After select the export mode option, you will see a message as shown in the below image. In the message you will show the export completed successfully.

As you can see, here is the exported report CSV file.

Now, open and check all the bkf file items (File Name, Path, Creation Data, Modification Data, Last Access Date, Folder Name, and Folder Path) in the CSV file.

Click on the Export button.

Now, choose Export to TXT option, then select the destination path.

STEP 3

After select the export mode option, you will see a message as shown in the below image. In the message you will show the export completed successfully.

STEP 4

As you can see, here is the exported report TXT file.

Now, open and check all the bkf file items (File Name, Path, Creation Data, Modification Data, Last Access Date, Folder Name, and Folder Path) in the TXT file.
